About kpitree.io

kpitree.io is the self-service KPI tree builder. We turn spreadsheet and CSV exports into interactive KPI trees that trace every metric movement back to its real driver: no SQL, no dashboard sprawl, just the math behind the number.

Why we exist

Dashboards show what changed but rarely why. The answer usually lives one or two layers below the headline number, inside a metric tree the team never wrote down. We built kpitree.io because metric decomposition deserves a dedicated, auditable, math-backed tool — not a BI dashboard, an LLM chat, or a static diagram.

What we believe

• Math beats narrative. Every branch is a formula that reconciles.
• Self-service beats handoffs. The person closest to the question should be able to answer it.
• Decomposition beats dashboards. A dashboard is a snapshot; a KPI tree is an explanation.
• Trust is built on transparency. Every number shows its formula, inputs, and source.
